For those not yet enrolled, account opening options such as a Kotak Savings Account or an 811 digital bank account are available at the nearest branch.

Existing customers can leverage over 250 functionalities within the app to conduct banking transactions, pay bills, invest, shop, and access various financial services. A recent enhancement includes the "Pay Your Contact" feature, facilitating quick money transfers using only a mobile number.

Repayment is conveniently aligned with the next salary credits.

Getting started: Activation requires your Customer Relationship Number (CRN), Debit/Credit Card PIN, or Net Banking password. The app guides you through a simple one-time setup upon first login.

The app requests permissions such as access to contacts, location, media files/camera, phone calls, SMS, and read SMS. These are necessary to facilitate services like location-based branch/ATM locator, profile picture setup via gallery or camera, customer support contact dialing, and secure activation/authentication. Some permissions are used selectively with user consent for enhanced product offerings.
